I’m a writer, interviewer, and credentialed member of the media based in Seattle. My work focuses on human interest stories.

Through The Jeremy Mills Podcast, I’ve interviewed athletes, artists, and others from Seattle and beyond, including Jamal Crawford, Paolo Banchero, DeJounte Murray, Zach LaVine, Doug Christie, Maiah Wynne, Jontay Porter, Başak Gümülcinelioğlu, Kelsey Plum, and so many more.

My first book, Lost in Goodland: A Memoir of Childhood Chaos (2026), looks back at growing up in Northwest Kansas in a house shaped by addiction and instability. Available March 24th, 2026.

My first documentary, Trauma Recovery Stories: Seattle (2026), follows three people who’ve faced trauma and found ways to keep going, set against summer scenes from across Seattle. The premiere will be held at The Lapis Theatre at Hugo House at 6:30pm on April 9th, 2026.

In 2025, I began my first acting project with Dr. Clean Productions on the film Crystal Ball, which is currently filming in Seattle.
